Hello Bernhard -- I think that the themedata.thmx file is one created by Word for round-trip purposes (i.e. when a file is going to be converted from one format to another and then back again into the original format.) If you are running Outlook 2003, you might try turning off Word as your e-mail editor. If you are running Outlook 2007 you are stuck with the Word-based editor, and we might need to look further to find a way to strip that file which shouldn't be necessary.
