You can open any report related to business contact and click modify. On the right side, you will see a list of things you can modify. Under columns, you will see a group called custom columns. You can select the columns you want and they will appear in the report.
In order to access this report again, you will have to save it to folder. You can open them in future by going to BCM->Reports->Open Saved Reports.
