What is the procedure?
Anja 6/4/2007 5:35:01 PM
I posted a questions on Friday 6/1 but has gotten no answers (and I gotta
tell you I consider you gods - got really good help at this site :)

When you receive no answer is it because no one knows? Is someone assigned
to answer questions for the day? Where would I find the answer then?

Unfortunately I find the Microsoft.com site a little confusion - it feels a
little like a swing or a miss sometimes... you never really know what is
going to happen.

Please know that I really appreciate the help that I have received so far -
it is a very good site.

Anja,
The newsgroups are peer to peer support. None of us work for Microsoft. We
are all users who post questions and answers to help everyone learn more
about OneNote.

As for your question, I didn't see it when you posted it. I'll go take a
look now.

Thank you very much - I though MVPs were the expertise on this site :)

And that they were somehow connected to Microsoft and this site.

The only connection we have to Microsoft is that they have recognized us for
our volunteer contributions. To learn more about the MVPs, check out this
