What is the procedure? Anja 6/4/2007 5:35:01 PM I posted a questions on Friday 6/1 but has gotten no answers (and I gotta tell you I consider you gods - got really good help at this site :) When you receive no answer is it because no one knows? Is someone assigned to answer questions for the day? Where would I find the answer then? Unfortunately I find the Microsoft.com site a little confusion - it feels a little like a swing or a miss sometimes... you never really know what is going to happen.
