Documents being encoded w/o my choosing Jamie 4/15/2007 3:28:00 AM I just installed the 2007 edition of Office Home and Student, but the documents are encoded when I try to email them to others. So no one can read anything I create. I didn't choose the setting for them to be encoded, and I checked to make sure this was not the default setting and it wasn't; it doesn't show it as being encoded. The recipients of my emails have been able to view other 2007 Microsoft documents. What's going on? I greatly appreciate the assistance.

He said to save my documents in the Word 2003 format to fix the problem. Thank you all for your help! You can download a compatibility pack if you have Office 2003 but want to read Office 2007 files.
