As long as you can find that .mdb, you should be able to copy it in Windows Explorer in the usual way. Then when you execute that merge to a new document, that document will contain a table with a row of data for each record in the data source. If you then insert a row at the top of that table and enter the field names, and save that document, it can be used as a mail merge data source. -- Hope this helps.
