You'd be best off reposting to a newsgroup related to Movie Maker, such as microsoft.public.windows.vista.music_pictures_video
I have to admit I don't know whether Microsoft's web interface (which you're obviously using) has a specific link to that newsgroup. If not, you may have to use http://groups.google.com or a proper newsgroup reader (point it to msnews.microsoft.com for free access to all of the Microsoft-related newsgroups)
