Page Numbering and Field codes gb0dms 12/7/2008 10:29:01 PM We are using field codes to not count the page numbers on our divider pages, this works on the actual pages, but when we update the TOC it generats the actual page number not the coded pages This is the code on our divider page { SEQ Section\* ROMAN \* MERGEFORMAT } { SEQ NoPage\h \* MERGEFORMAT } This is in our footer page numbers field {= {PAGE} - { seq NoPage \c }} and in our TOC {TOC \f \t "Memo_Section Subtitle,2,Memo_Section Title,1" } {TOC \F \T "CHART_TABLE TITLE,1" \C "FIGURE" }

Unless you have restarted numbering in the Format Page Number dialog, the PAGE field is not altered; calculated results will display correctly on the page but not be used by the TOC. -- Suzanne S.
