If you send a document via e-mail for review, it is sent as an attachment. Outlook has no ability to open attachments. It uses Word to open Word document attachments, and on your own PC should appear in Word exactly as you mailed it. If you are e-mailing a Word document as the body of the e-mail then you should be aware that Word document and html e-mail have entirely different formatting requirements. Check what you are posting using Word's web view.
