Mail Merge using Excel that has mulitple rows for same person ChristiY 11/24/2008 12:41:00 PM I am trying to mail merge using an excel that has for instance, 5 rows of data for the same person. One of the columns contains different values related to that same person on the row. I only want one letter, and within the body, the mulitple columns of information merged into the form. -- CHY
