cross-reference multiple pages
RDG 12/31/2008 3:32:00 PM
I want to cross reference the multiple page text which I have bookmarked so
that I can say see pages x-y. At this point, all I get with the cross
reference is the starting page.

I don't think cross-references can do inclusive pages (index entries can);
you'll need to bookmark the beginning and end of the range separately and
then insert PAGEREFs to the two bookmarks, separated by an en dash.
