You should write neatly on them rather than trying to stick on a paper label, which will unbalance the disk and maybe make it unreadable.
You could make your inserts (booklets, or just tray cards and covers?) in text boxes or tables of the right size, with a faint outline for cutting them to size. For the spine texts, you can rotate table cells.
