Barnhill" <sbarnhill[ at ]mvps.org> 12/28/2008 3:57:06 PM It needs access to the Internet only (a) to access all the Help available (there's a limited amount actually stored on your PC) and/or (b) to send error reports (if you allow them) or to send usage reports if you have signed on to the CEIP feature.
