landscape orientation and building blocks

trying to insert a WORD 2003 document-landscape orientation- (that was saved
as a word 2007-.dotm) into a quickparts building block, but the building
block breaks it up into 2 pages.any suggestions?

If you want to save page setup (which is section formatting) in a building
block, you must include a section break when creating the building block.

Note that section breaks store the formatting of the *preceding* section.

i tried putting section breaks before and after the document. but building
blocks still has it stored over 2 pages . any other ideas?
