Which version of Office :-)?
This isn't going to be something that's going to happen automatically if you want the result to be a Word table.
You can try going over Paste Special and choosing an "Excel Worksheet object". That will definitely limit the result to a single page. The question is, whether it will cut things off, or reduce them (the newer the version of Word, the more likely it will reduce).
