Hi Ivan

You can create custom fields in BCM as well. Simply open the form you would
like your custom field to reside on (i.e. Accounts, Business Contacts,
...etc), and click on the 'Customize Form' button in the menu bar at the top
of the form.

Thanks.

Hi Monica
Simply open the form you would like your custom field to reside on --
Where,How!!?
I would Like to add custom fields to the Business Contact form. I cannot
find any way of opening this form. All I get is the standard Outlook Contact
form.

And I do not see a Customize Form button anywhere?

I am running BCM 2 with Outlook 2003

regards
Geoff

Hi Geoff

Unfortunately, BCM 2.0 does not support custom fields. Custom fields were
added as a new feature to BCM 3.0 (v2007).

Thanks.
