cannot open business contact manager file
functioning funk 3/19/2007 7:29:00 PM
I have Office 2007 running with Vista Ultimate. I have Outlook with BCM.
Since I upgraded from 2003, I cannot open my saved BCM files.

When I try to "import" my files, the only choices I have are .bcm or .bcmx.
When I saved my files MY file extentions became".msbcm" and ".sbb".

Can I ever see my BCM files again???

Hi

You must have created a back up of your database thus it resulted in a .sbb,
..msbcm file type. You can restore your backup by doing the following:
1. Select the 'Business Contact Manager' menu > 'Database Tools' > 'Manage
Database ...'. A dialog box will appear.
2. Click on 'Browse...' and select the desired database you want to restore.

Thanks

Opps, sorry, forgot a step:

1. Select the 'Business Contact Manager' menu > 'Database Tools' > 'Manage
Database ...'.
2. Click on 'Restore Databse ...'. Dialog box will pop up.
2. Click on 'Browse...' and select the desired database you want to restore.
