Ting:
Instead of using the Email Auto Link button, do this:
Off the main menu, click Business Contact Manager, then choose Manage Email
Auto Linking. At the bottom of that dialog is a button named Search and
Link. That will go through your email store and find all the old messages.
You can set a date to not link messages before then.
