I would suggest creating a new Outlook profile to see if there is a problem
with that particular profile. You can do this from "Start | Control Panel |
Mail | Show Profiles | Add...". Make sure that "Prompt for a profile to be
used" is selected, or that you select the new profile from the "Always use
this profile" list. Then click "OK" and restart Outlook.

If you have Outlook 2007, try selecting from the menu, "Tools | Trust Center...", then select the "Add-ins" tab. Do you see
"Business Contact Manager for Outlook" listed?

Re: Unable to initialize this form in BCM

Raul, I've been following this thread with the same problem. I've emptied the
cache, I don't show any items disabled and I am running quick books 2006 on
this machine. My issue is that I can't even open a new account window to
begin using BCM. Any help would be much appreciated.
