I have installed OL2007 w/BCM (XP). The BCM button does not appear in the tool bar. I can actually see that BCM is installed because Business Contacts as well as Accounts are visible. However, when I try to access MCB home page, it gives me an error message.(BCM for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions) The page is open but it does not have any contents and the warning stays forzen on the screen -- tibas1960

Your symptoms, BCM folders are there but not the other UI elements, is an indication that the BCM add-in is not loading in Outlook. The folders themselves are handled by another component, the BCM MAPI storage provider. Check to see if Outlook has diabled the BCM addin.

In the Windows Registry check: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins \Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddin.Connect.3 The value of LoadBehavior should be 3 for Outlook to load it.
In Outlook 2007 look in menu Tools|Trust Center, Add-ins tab. At the bottom, where it says "Manage", select "Disabled Items", Go. Does BCM show up? If so, enable it.

I am sorry, I really don't know what/where is the Windows Registry however, I was able to start up BCM by enabling the Add-in. Just in case, I would like to learn about about the windows registry.
Thanks!!! -- tibas1960

Run regedit.exe. But if your problem is fixed, don't bother.
