I have just purchased OneNote 2003 for my laptop/Tablet because I'm
running Windows 2000 Pro, and for some odd reason the Product key is not
working.What can I do to solve this problem, I don't want to buy the
product again thought the software.

If you just bought something and it doesn't work what do you normally do?
Take it back to where you got it and make them either give you a new one
or help you make it work.

Nobody's going to give you a license key here.
