transfer non OEM office 2007 xp to a new Vista laptop

I got a new Vista laptop for Xmas. My old laptop has non OEM Office 2007 and
runs on XP Pro. Can I transfer my non OEM Office 2007 XP version license to
my new Vista laptop or do I need to purchase a new Office 2007? If I can do
the transfer, how do I do that?

If its a retail edition you uninstall on the old and reinstall on the new
using the cd
Ensure any trial version is uninstalled first
