moving contacts to BCM

I'm trying to move my contacts from normal outlook contacts folder
into BCM. I'm using outlook 2003 and bcm 2003.

When I drag and drop a contact, which has full company details
included, into the business contacts, it loses the business
information and doesn't create a new account. If I copy it to
Accounts, the contact name is created as an account, but no business
contacts are created. My understanding is this process of copying
into business contacts should create the account.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

"My understanding is this process of copying into business contacts

Not in my experience.

When you drag it to "Business Contacts", what business information is
lost?
