I want to bill for an appointment made in Calendar. I open up the time entry item, indicate that it is billable, customer name. billing item, hours, start date, paye type and check the billable box. When I click on BCM/Accounting Tools/ Submit Billable Time, a new window opens up. I select the employee name but none of the items that I have indicated as billable appear in the window and I can't click submit.
