BCM installation failed scott 2/15/2007 10:50:00 PM I have tried to install BCM 2007 and I get a "installation failed" notice evertime. Trust center- BCM is disabled SGL mainengine thread all return O BCM is in the Microsoft small business directory PLease help

If you did, make sure Outlook is not running when you uninstall older version of Outlook+BCM. RE: BCM installation failed csfy 2/19/2007 4:30:25 PM This is what worked for me when I had the problem you discribed: First, I exported(for safety), then deleted this registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Business Solutions eCRM.
