BCM installation failed

I have tried to install BCM 2007 and I get a "installation failed" notice
evertime.
Trust center- BCM is disabled
SGL mainengine thread all return O
BCM is in the Microsoft small business directory

PLease help

Hi Scott,

Did you have previous versions of BCM installed on this machine?
If you did, make sure Outlook is not running when you uninstall older
version of Outlook+BCM.

This is what worked for me when I had the problem you discribed:
First, I exported(for safety), then deleted this registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Business Solutions eCRM.
