Hi. I created a template and through the developer tab, rich text, and
control properties, I added text boxes. I want to know how I can set it up so
that I can tab through the text boxes as they're filled out. Right now, I
have to click on each section.

You cannot tab out of a rich text content control. (That makes sense to me,
because you have to be able to insert a tab character.) You can tab out of a
plain-text content control (inserted by the Aa button next to the rich text
one).
