resizing msoFileDialogFilePicker

I have an app where I use the msoFileDialogFilePicker. I must have clicked a
maximize button in the corner, because suddenly it is full-screen, and there
is no resize button. When I close the app and reopen it, then try to use the
file dialog picker it opens full-screen.

Is there any way to get it back to the smaller screen size?

Thanks.

I found the answer in another forum: double-click the title bar!

Now that is what I call intuitive.
