Yet another real life, outside world, end-user speaks loudly once again. Take heart Litho. It appears that MS is listening. If I were you I would also make a suggestion to RIM (Blackberry OEM) for them to evolve their device to be able to have multiple contact folder synch capability. I don't think that MS is very incented to support a competitive Mobile device platform in such a way. There is irony here because the Blackberry is a very useful tool and very common in use among a multitude of business persons.
I also did a quick read and recommend the following link to a 3rd party synch solution called Companion Link. It appears to support both Outlook BCM 2007 & the Blackberry handheld. Go here: http://www.companionlink.com/products/companionlink.html
