OL 2007 with BCM and Exchange

This may be a basic question, but we have just installed Exchange. We were
using ACT but didn't like it and wanted to us BCM instead. In 2007 can the
database you create in BCM be shared with all team members? Or is the
information specific to that user? I don't want to import/export data all the
time. We obviously had 1 ACT database that we all made changes to with
client information, but it would be a step backward to not have that
functionality. Thanks for your help.
