Another Mapi Unable to Load Information Service IrisMs.dll "Phil C." <charlestek[ at ]rcn.com> 2/18/2007 2:09:05 AM I'm getting this error clicking on the Business Contact Manager Folder in the Left hand outlook pane. I upgraded Office Pro 2003 with Outlook and BCM to Office Pro 2007. I checked in tools addins and BCM is disabled. Per a previous post, I checked in Help->Disabled Items but there is no add-in "BCMMS32.DLL " only the disabled addin IrisMs.dll So what do I do? How do you access BCM in Outlook 2007?
