Can I change the Business Contact View from cards to a list? It required a memory upgrade to give 1GB to make it all work but I'm now genuinely impressed.

Further down is Phone List which is what you're looking for. Click on Customize Current View at the bottom to change the fields, the sort order, filter in/out contacts to display, and more...
