Mail Format in 2003 vs. 2007
Alan S. 4/21/2007 12:32:01 AM
Hi... I recently (yesterday) upgraded from 2003 to 2007. In 2003, I would
email my pages to coworkers, and the OneNote page would be both an attachment
and appear in the body of the email. I found this very useful as many of my
colleagues do not have OneNote.

In 2007, the page is attached as both a .one file and a web page with a tag
encouraging people to download a trial version. When I open the web page, it
is not nearly as robust or functional as the email body (I assume html) from
the 2003 version. For example, links that I have included to documents on a
shared server no longer function.

My workaround has been to Publish the OneNote page to MS Word and send that
as an attachment. Is there a way to make the functionality in 2007 work the
same as it did in 2003?

Thank you
