I'm not able to open the Help Window in any of my 2002 Office products. I
have turned off the Office Assistant. But Help by menu or F1 just gives me a
grey sidebar on the right with links for What's New, Get Started, Microsoft
Office Web site, Getting Help, Help Topics, and Web Pages. But I'm looking
for the regular Help Window with Table of Contents, Search (and the other
middle tab, what's it called?). Clicking Keyboard Shortcuts under Help
Topics in this sidebar confirms the Help Window is accessible via F1 once the
Office Assistant is turned off. But not for me for some reason. What have I
done wrong?
