I just got a new laptop with Windows Vita Homre Premium, and I have not
installed anything on it yet. I got a product activiation key for the 60 day
trial version but the activation wizard won't let me go down to step two to
install it. I get an error message saying there was no preinstalled version,
but it is very much there in all Programs. There is even a message
elsewwhere saying that my machine already has it preinstalled. So why is the
error message fibbing? I am ready to return the laptop to the store if this
is going to give me too many headaches.
