Non-Volume Office 2007 downgrade Tammie 4/4/2007 7:18:02 PM We purchased 2 Microsoft Office Profession 2007 and 4 Office Basic 2007. These are OEM and are not volume licenses. Can I downgrade these to 2003? And if so where do I get the information about how?

OEM products are intended for sale preinstalled on new PCs, so that can complicate things a bit further. Once activated an OEM Office product is tied to that machine (non transferable) Retail Office 2007 products have a 45 day return policy to Microsoft. OEM product returns are basically up to the OEM provider.
