Hi Tammie,
You may want to phone the MS licensing folks http://microsoft.com/licensing but generally downgrade capabilities aren't available for retail or OEM products. OEM products are intended for sale preinstalled on new PCs, so that can complicate things a bit further. Once activated an OEM Office product is tied to that machine (non transferable)
Retail Office 2007 products have a 45 day return policy to Microsoft. OEM product returns are basically up to the OEM provider.
Office 2003 products are still available (while the supply lasts) from store and online retailers.

We purchased 2 Microsoft Office Profession 2007 and 4 Office Basic 2007. These are OEM and are not volume licenses. Can I downgrade these to 2003? And if so where do I get the information about how? >> --
