Also make sure the Sql Server is configured to share.
Start|All Programs|Microsoft Sql Server 2005|Configuartaion Tools| Surface Area Configuration|Srevices and Connections
Make sure MSMSLBIZ is set to allow remote connections on both TCP/IP and named pipes.
The sharing wizard should have done that, but you never know.
