Want to add a graphics or word to protected form

I have created a form that works well. I want to add to the document either a
jpg image or add a word document, which will not always be the same each time
I use the form. How do I get the form to allow this. Do I use a comment, or
create a continuous break and protect the upper part of the form only

If the image and document are randomly selected, insert an unprotected
section to accommodate them. If they are inserted based on the result of
another form field then insert them by macro or REF field - see
