I want to filter my BCM data to select certain accounts (e.g.,
Industry="wood") AND certain related contacts (e.g., position="Manager").
When I try to filter I can only filter on the Account or on the Contact, but
not both. So if I work in Account and filter for "wood" (which in this
example is a User Defined field) I retrieve the "wood" Accounts and ALL
contacts for each of those accounts. But what I want are the "wood" accounts
and ONLY contacts that are "Manager". [I.E. - send this marketing campaign
to all managers in the wood industry.]
This seems such an obvious task - what is the technique? Thanks.
