Printing Label Lists with Word 2007 "George5" <u48228[ at ]uwe> 12/16/2008 9:46:15 PM I developed a set of labels in Word 2003 several years ago,. It was simple and straightforward both to create the files and to then print the labels at any time. I've been trying to reprint those files using Word 2007. So far, I've found it impossible. The Labels option brings up a box that allows you to choose either Full page of the Same Label ( the first one shown on the file) or Single Label ( again the first one shown). Neither way will it then print the entire file (already properly set up for labels) .I've wasted several Avery label sheets trying. I tried Mail Merge , but that wound up with the same box I've already described. . If anyone can provide me with the correct sequence of actions, I'd really appreciate it.

If you created the labels before (regardless of version of Word), you should be able to open them in Word 2007 and print them.
