How do I set TRACK CHANGES to OVERSTRIKE?

Instead of taking delitions to the right of the page, how can I make TRACK
CHANGES "overstrike" the text. I need to show clearly what has been removed
from a document.

Disable balloons and select "Strikethrough" as the format for deletions.
