Comment Box in MS 2007

Hi,

I would like to insert comment in word and it should look like the one which
is there in MS-Excel.

I do not want word to show me those red lines or the user name or my
initial. Can smeone help me with this please

On the Review tab, click the Balloons button, and then click Show All
Revisions Inline. That way, you'll get rid of the balloons (but the view
won't be the same as that in Excel either).

Hi Stefan,

I tried that. However i see ther user name (my initial there).
So is there any way to remove these atleast. If i dot get the Excel feel...

As far as I know, you cannot get rid of the user name.
