As far as I can tell, this display setting does not seem to be saved with
the document, even if you clear the "Make hidden markup visible when opening
or saving" option in Word (which by the way isn't recommended for privacy
reasons). In other words, I don't think there is a simple way to accomplish
what you want. :-(
