I am trying to use the Quickbooks Contact Sync (2007 Pro) to exchange
names between Quickbooks Customers and Business Contacts of BCM.
I have installed and setup the Quickbooks Contact Sync, and it allows
me to choose the Business Contacts contact folder. But when I click
[Sync Now], no customers are deteced, no issues are detected and no
matches have been found. But it says the Download completed
successfully.
Any ideas?
