customizing columns in Opportunities
Randy Bratton 10/29/2008 7:20:02 PM
From BCM home, I click on Opportunities under Start a Task. I then go in and
Customize Current View, in order to add some columns and delete others. This
includes specifying the column width. I got looking exactly like I wanted it,
yet when I close out BCM and go back to Opportunities, my changes are gone.
How can I lock in those changes permanently? Thanks

Hello Randy,

I have had the same problem and I've got the information from Microsoft,
that there is a serious bug, which will not be solved very soon. Also there
is actually no workaround. But I found a tempirary solution for myself. If
you make your changes in BCM opportunities than changs directly to the folder
Outlook Tasks and make also a modification there. After modifying the view in
Tasks close Outlook and open again.
In my case the changes in the BCM Opportunity view has also been stored.
