Rebooting does seem to fix the issue for a time but then the field goes away again. Also the missing fields did re-appear w/o rebooting yesterday when one of my staff logged into BCM and was using it.
So far it only appears to affect the admin or "owner" accounts. E.g. I setup the software and assigned remote access to others. - Steve
