I cannot find an insert contact command in Word 2007 that will allow me to
paste an Outlook Contact as an Addressee in Word.

First add the Address book to your QAT.
Click on the Offfice button, click on Word Options and then Customize. In
the Choose Command From: drop down box, choose "Commands not in the ribbon".
Scroll down to the Addressbook, highlight it, and click Add. Click OK. Then,
open a new document, put your cursor where you want the address, click on
the Addressbook symbol in the QAT, find the contact, double-click it, and
your address magically appears in the document!

The macros at http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm will also work providing
much greater flexibility.
