The print icon in the toolbar of all Office programs can be changed locally
by clicking on Tools/Customize and then dragging the print icon off the
toolbar. When you close out of the program the icon will remain removed.

As far as Office Resource Kit goes for pushing out a setup like this it can
be done. Review Microsoft's ORK information online for help in this
respect.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ork2003/HA011401971033.aspx is an entry
point into Microsoft's help area with links for resource kits for all
versions of Office on the left side.
