Mobile notes

Hi all.

Firstly, I have to say I think OneNote could be the killer app of the decade
for me. At first I was highly cynical - just a clever notepad I thought. Then
it hit me - this is a clever notepad. Exactly ! What am I not good at ?
Organising notes, this thing makes it easy (ok easier).

OK, on to the question. I've installed OneNote onto my WM6 phone. I've
created several notes on the phone. I've sync'd back up to the PC. Where are
my notes ? According to the "Getting Started" notebook they should end up in
the "OneNote Mobile Notes" notebook - but I have no such book after syncing ?
Sync reports it is complete.

I fear you've "touched" something.....

ON Mobile is notorious for causing sync errors unless installation is
by the book and you don't touch anything, change anything, move
anything, or look at it funny.

I'd suggest you uninstall off the mobile device, then reinstall. If
you're running Vista and WM6 (like me) even though sync reports
complete, you'll need to drill into sync center to find the ON Mobile
settings and be sure the box is checked (it's my experience that it is
checked by default for XP & WM5 but a new install with Vista and WM6
had the box unchecked by default). Find the box and your problem will
be solved.

Hope this helps.

Sorted. After installing OneNote on the mobile, it appeared as an unchecked
sync option.
