Sorting hHstory to view only documents associated with Contact. Evan Hjelmstad 6/20/2007 9:18:10 PM I have been using Act! to manage my contacts for the last several years and switched to BCM last week. In Act! you had the ability to sort a contacts history to only view the documents associated with them. I have yet to find this in BCM. Is there anyway to make a custom field to accomplish this? Any help would be great. Thanks!

One or more of them have the Item Type column. Click on that column header and it will sort by type. You can then find the attached files in one group. Does that answer your question?
