The first place I would check for these sections is in the "Legacy" notebook. It should have a list of all of the notebooks that were brought in from the previous version. I don't know a way to automatically find the sections that didn't upgrade.. The only way I know to do it is to page through each section and find out which ones don't have upgraded content yet. (Which I know is a pain if you have lots of sections. Maybe someone else will have an idea.)
