I assume from you predicament that the white portion of the box is blank.
What you need to do is select the text that you want to be inserted and then in the autotext pulldown, click on the "Save Selection to AutoText Gallery" at the bottom of the pulldown and then accept or provide a name for the autotext.
-- Hope this helps.

[Quoted Text] >I have been able to get the auto text logo into the Quick access tool bar. >When I click on the logo, it opens a box with the text that I have inserted >in location. But, the text is in the upper part of the location, it is not >in the white portion of the box. When I click on the text, the box >dissapears, and the cursor in my message moves down 1 line, but the text >does not show up in the page. My question is, "How do I get my auto text >into the white square in the Auto text form?" > I have tried everything, and nothing works. Please help. Thank you. > Bob > >
